  • If "Travel Request" is selected, a list with student travelers' names (printed & signature) and telephone numbers along with the official college travel request form and backup documentation MUST be attached.
    • SOLICITATION / CLUB ACTIVITY / TRAVEL INFORMATION 
    • Space reservations must be completed on Astra Schedule (https://asapp04.aaiscloud.com/GTCC/Portal/GuestPortal.aspx) after the solicitation and/or club activity request has been approved.

      By submitting this information you are indicating you will be present at the event or you will have a GTCC full time faculty or staff member attend.  Also, during this time of COVID19 you also agree that you will adhere to social distancing guidelines and enforce the wearing of masks with students.  This is not negotiable with any club event. You must follow the state and school protocols to ensure the safety of those present.
