How many equipment, production supply, props and costume vendors are you renting from?*

What is your best guess at the REPLACEMENT value of all the gear you’re planning on renting or borrowing from vendors or crew members?*

This is not the rental fee you pay the vendors, it’s the replacement value of the gear WMM is covering if lost/damaged. If unknown right now we may have to adjust pricing later.

Are you planning on renting from Panavision?*

If yes, please note they have VERY strict insurance requirements and we may not be able to accommodate a last minute request to rent from Panavision.

Would you like us to handle your permitting coordination?*

PLEASE NOTE: For permits to be applied for in a timely manner please give us at least two weeks notice to guarantee placement. Once the permitting process has been initated film offices will not refund any money if the permit is no longer required. We recommend triple checking with each location (especially studios) that a permit is required before starting this process.

Do you have any stunts? (If yes, please provide a short description of the stunt, including the location of the cast and crew during the stunt)

Please Note: to schedule stunts and/or policy increases (for vendors that require a higher aggregate or per-occurance limit) we require the project to onboard at least 10 business days prior to the start of the shoot. For projects shooting in under 10 days a rush fee may be applied due to the coordination required for stunts and policy increases.

Please acknowledge that our policy does not cover drones (we’re not aware of any umbrella policies that do) and we don't provide aviation insurance for permits. If you plan on using a drone without a permit we recommend you purchase coverage via https://www.skywatch.ai/ where you can purchase a month of coverage for about $62.*

Are you planning on renting any vans/trucks for the purposes of production?*

These are vehicles rented to be filmed on camera.

Note, each driver will need to sign a “Motor Vehicle Report” emailed directly to the driver by our broker and be 25 years of age or older for coverage to be valid.
