PLEASE READ: BOTH the AP Exam Registration Form and the Payment must be received promptly before FPS can order your AP Exam(s).

FPS will NOT contact you and/or provide you with an AP Class Section Code without BOTH the AP Exam Registration Form and the Payment.

NOTICE OF NON-ORDERED AP EXAMINATIONS

WHY YOUR AP EXAM(S) WERE NOT ORDERED? (PLEASE READ BELOW)

This document serves as an official notice regarding the circumstances under which Advanced Placement (AP) Examinations are not ordered on behalf of a student. An AP Examination is not considered ordered, and no reservation will be made with the CollegeBoard, under any of the following conditions:

1). Failure to Complete Both Registration and Payment

a). Submission of the AP Exam Registration Form without full payment of the required fees will result in the AP Examination(s) not being ordered.

b). Submission of payment without the corresponding AP Exam Registration Form will likewise result in the AP Examination(s) not being ordered.

2). Failure to Register With CollegeBoard

a). Upon issuance of an official AP Class Section Code, it is the responsibility of the student to complete registration with the College Board using said code. Failure to register the code will result in the AP Examination(s) not being ordered.

By this notice, all students are advised that compliance with the above requirements is necessary to ensure that their AP Examination(s) are duly ordered. Failure to meet these requirements constitutes a waiver of the right to sit for the AP Examination(s).

3). Refund Policy

a). All AP Exam registration fees are non-refundable.
In the event an AP Examination is not ordered due to failure to comply with the above requirements, no refunds of any kind will be issued.
