In what area code do you need the numbers?
Please provide the area code for the Virtual Switchboard and for the direct lines. If you need international lines for the Virtual Switchboard, you can indicate it here.
In order to properly configure the account, we need to setup the call routing. When a call comes in, the caller can press on any key from 1 to 0 and star key. The call can then be routed to a user, a group, a voicemail, a device, or the smart directory.

Virtual Receptionist will answer incoming calls professionally and automatically transfer them to an appropriate department or person.

Setup Groups and Users

A group is similar to a deparment, name the different groups you would like to create. Each group can have its own extension and/or phone number where calls ring to ALL users within that group. Indicate the desired extension for each group and whether you want to have a dedicated phone number for each of them.

List all the users in the account with their email addresses. They will receive their credentials to that email.

*NOTE: each extension needs to be unique, a group and an user cannot have the same extension.
