Served traditional style, w/ chopped onion & cilantro, two kinds of house-made table salsas, sour cream (crema), & plenty of fluffy made-from-scratch corn tortillas. All Items are Gluten-Free.

      Tinga de Pollo—  Smoky chipotles and “pulled chicken” Slowly-simmered w/ tomatoes until it’s reduced & the flavors wonderfully concentrated-- a popular classic of the cuisine of Central Mexico.

      Mexican Chorizo— Made from scratch & exploding with spicy full flavor-- just like Chef Raul’s mom used to make it, with minced, spicy dried specialty chiles, herbs, spices & juicy pork.

      Pork Carnitas— Juicy pork slowly braised in oil & pulled-- it’s the Kalua Pork of Mexico!

      Suadero— Ground beef & spices, browned & caramelized with oil in a very hot pan.

      Carne Asada— Tender beef steak, chopped, then pan-fried. A taqueria classic!

      Grilled Veggies—  Vegan. Fresh & colorful vegetables, julienned and chopped, stir-fried on our flat-grill until tender-crisp, then lightly tossed with spices. 

      Saucy Chickpea—  Vegan. Aromatic ginger, garlic & ground red peppers are the stars of our scratch-made sauce, condensed & tossed w/ chickpeas. It’s a popular hit w/ both vegans & carnivores!

      Al Pastor—  The savory-sweet, pineapple-based marinade pops out the authentic flavor of this juicy taqueria-BBQ grilled pork-- Always a big hit!
