PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS:
We require a £100 deposit per dome at booking to secure your date along with the full payment the week of your booking. The deposit will be held until 48 hours after the booking once the equipemt has been inspected. We accept bank transfers or paypal. Deposits are non-refundable. Following the payment of the full amount, if the booking is cancelled for any reason up to seven days prior to the event, an alternative date will be accepted. Full payment will be required 14 days before the booking. Any party extras will be invoiced in advance.
TO BOOK THE DOME YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
1. A required space 4m x 4m relatively flat area grass or hard standing.
Bell tent requires 7m x7m grassed area, clear of pathways, decking or overhanging trees,
2. Access to the installation area via a side gate or similar.
3. Have sufficient parking for a van close to the installation site.
4. Power to plug an extension lead into.
T&C’s – Please read for your HEALTH & SAFETY. This forms our contract with the hirer.
IMPORTANT - We will not install the dome in the following situations:
1. If you have false grass or grass without adequate drainage and after rain, it becomes waterlogged. We will not put the dome down as it will soak through and ruin all our equipment.
2 If the area is covered in dog or animal poo of any sort. Please clear any furniture or obstructions, in advance of our arrival.
3. If we feel that it is unsafe to do so, for reasons such as bad weather or similar. In the event of this happening, your booking will be transferred to a future date.
LOGISTICS Delivery and collection times will be confirmed with each customer. If parking is difficult, please let us know above. THE SPACE MUST BE CLEAR & Clean (no dog poo) for OUR ARRIVAL.
· Please ensure you have sufficient flat space. We will not refund if we arrive & there is not enough space.
· Please do not move the equipment once it is set up. Corporate bookings, must not allow the public or other crew to move the dome once in position.
. Outside Bookings, In the event of extremely high winds during your hire, you must inform us if you feel that it is unsafe & necessary for us to take down the dome. Cushions & Soft Furnishing to be moved indoors overnight.
· Under no circumstances whatsoever, smoke in the vicinity of the equipment. - no naked flames, fire pits or anything that poses a risk of fire to be left on or alight. OUR DOME IS A NO-SMOKING AREA.
· Ensure adequate adult supervision throughout the booking to ensure the appropriate use of the equipment and avoid injury. We cannot be held responsible to injury or allergic reactions during the party. You must inform us of any allergies in advance, to food, washing powder, spa products, latex or anything you feel is relevant.
Do not leave the fire on or candles unattended at any time. Party Poppers & Confetti - please do not cover our mats with confetti, we will require you to hoover them if you do. Under no Circumstance stick anything to the window panels, this will mark the dome and the panels will have to be replaced, this will be charged at £150 per panel. Only materials approved by us may be used.
· DAMAGE:
The domes are not permanent structures and can be damaged in severe weather conditions. It may be necessary to change the booking date in extreme weather conditions change, such as high winds of 50mph or more.
THE DOOR MUST BE KEPT SHUT IF IT'S WINDY.
All goods supplied by the Company shall be the responsibility of the Hirer, commencing immediately upon delivery of goods to the Site, with the Hirer responsible for, and indemnifying the Company against, any loss of or damage to all hired equipment whatsoever the cause.
The Hirer during the Hire Period shall be responsible for the safe custody of the Company’s Equipment on site. The Company will be allowed to seek from the Hirer any loss or damage that is caused (other than fair wear and tear) at current replacement rates, as a result of any breach by the Hirer of their responsibilities listed in our T&C's. The Company cannot accept responsibility for the safety of the Hirer’s own belongings stored or used in their Equipment.
We cannot be responsible for personal injury during your hire. If the dome or equipment inside is damaged, the customer is responsible to cover the full replacement cost.
BY PROCEEDING WITH THIS BOOKING, you accept the T&C’s above and hereby agree to pay a £100 deposit, which will be held and returned on safe collection providing no damage occurs.
