	A photo of your consumer unit (fuse-box) with the lid open and close enough to be able to read the writing on it.
	A photo of the fuse cut-out noting the Amp rating (will be either 60A, 80A or 100A)
	A photo of the gas bonding connection. The earth wire clamped to the pipe next to your gas meter.
	A Photo of the water bonding connection. The earth wire clamped to the pipe next to your stopcock.
	Most importantly, photos of the proposed location of charge-point and where the vehicle will be parked and any obstacles between fuse-box and charge-point. You can even upload a short video file showing the route from the fuse-box and charge-point. Also needed, is to note the estimated distance (in meters) from fuse-box to charge-point and the number of walls between these.

	The main thing we need to determine here is the rating of supply to the whole property. This is always next to the Meter, it will have an Amp rating on it stating either 60A/80A/100A. Note. At least 80A is required for a 32A EV charge-point.
