    Upload your logo and tell us the colors you want to use on your profile. Square or stacked logos work best. We can work with most file formats but a high resolution png is preferred.

  • Promo & Branding Information

    You have two options in the promo area.  Would you like to display a video or slide show of images? The best size for assets in this area is (700 x 500)px  Any standard size video will work great.

  • Contest Information

    Attendees can earn contest entries when they visit your profile.  They have to submit their email to earn entries.  You have the opportunity to send each attendee a custom email with information about your company.  You can include coupons, promotions or links to your website, mobile app or social media. You will also receive a notification of each email that is submitted through your profile.

  • Appointment Scheduling

    Attendees will be able to schedule appointments within your profile. We provide a custom scheduling widget for each exhibitor but you are welcome to link to your own if you have one. All times are PST.

  • Video Chat Options

    Attendees will be able to video chat with your team instantly from your profile.  Once an attendee requests a video chat it will send you or anyone on your team an email alert with a link to access the video chat room.

    If paying by check, check must be receive 7 days after date of registration. Please make checks payable to Healthy Fairs then mail to 28030 N Limestone Lane, San Tan Valley, AZ 85143. Once payment is received, we will send you a receipt via email.
