  • I'm excited you have decided to contact me to book the first appointment to your dream hair!

    I've created this initial color consultation as a quick way to analyze your current hair and goal hair to help me know how much time we need together and to determine if we're a good fit!

    After completing this form, you'll typically hear back from me within 48 hours, Mon-Fri. Sometimes I am waiting to hear back from someone else on a date that may be offered to you, so it could take a day or 2 longer.  If you haven't heard back from me within a week, please email me to make sure I received it or didn't miss it.  

    At this time, due to the limited time on my schedule, I am not accepting clients requiring a color correction.  That includes people with box color or henna on their hair.  If you are unsure if you are a color correction, feel free to submit this form with pictures of your hair currently, and I will let you know.  

    I specialize in lived-in, dimensional color.  This means that time is taken at each appointment to blend lines of demarcation for optimal growout.  This also means that not every foil will be up to your scalp.  I take the time necessary to add brightness and depth where I feel you need it.  Lived-in color IS more expensive than traditional hilights because the time that is taken at each appointment and the experience it requires to do it well.  Usually with lived-in color you can go several weeks longer than regular hilights. So the cost can justify itself a lot of times.

  • Service Re-do policy: 

    I stand behind my work 100%.  I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you have challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I’m happy to address the issue with no additional charge. 

    Please understand that refunds for services are not given.  Thank you for understanding.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    If you need to cancel, please kindly give AT LEAST 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given, 50% of the cost of the package will be charged to your card on file. Your signature below, means that you understand this policy.  

    This policy helps me manage my schedule and allows other clients the opportunity to book.  Please understand that last-minute changes or excuses will not be accepted as they impact my ability to accomopdate others. If you are someone that knows that your schedule fluctates alot, please know we may not be the best fit. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.  

     

    Late Arrivals:

    Also, I cannot guarantee appointment for late arrivals. A late arrival will receive an extension of scheduled service only if its available. If it is not available, it will be treated as a cancellation. Thank you for understanding.

    Prior to making your appointment, myself or my assitant will get in touch with you to put your card on file.
