  • Please note that the above rates are applied to the hanging weight of the animal. The exact hanging weight can only be determined at the time of harvest. After removal of bones and a 2 week dry aging process, the packaged meat will only weigh about 65% of its hanging weight.

  • The date of pick-up will be 2 weeks from the date of slaughter. This is to ensure enough time to hang and dry-age the carcas. Our next slaughter is booked for the first week of October.
