Important Notice: Worker Registration
It is crucial that residents ensure their domestic workers and gardeners are registered in the system. Residents should not pick up workers at the guardhouse, as this bypasses Bendor Village’s security protocols. Without proper registration, the Village has no record of the individual entering the premises, posing a security risk.

Residents are reminded of the following:
**All workers must be registered – If your worker's fingerprints are not on the system, they will soon be denied access.
**You are responsible – It is your duty to ensure your workers comply with Bendor Village’s security regulations.

Worker Information
No foreign workers are to be employed without a valid working permit or ZEP (Zimbabwe Exemption Permit)

In accordance with the provisions of the Immigration Act, employers are strictly prohibited from employing illegal foreigners, foreigners whose status does not authorise them to be employed by a particular employer, and any foreigners on terms, conditions and/or in any capacity other than the capacity provided for based on their status.

Employing illegal immigrants is a violation of the Immigration Act; thus, residents must determine the status or citizenship of any foreigners whom they plan to employ. This might include checking the legitimacy of potential workers' work permits.
