'Build Your Life' is an initiative by HBAGTA, NMC, and Builders Exchange, focused on changing the stereotype of careers in construction trades among young people to show them the benefits of a life working in construction.
Our goals are to expand educational opportunities in the region, connect local talent with local employers, and support the future of the construction trades by aligning our work with the needs of local employers.
