The Student Green Energy Fund (SGEF) Committee is excited to help you bring your project ideas to reality! The form below will help in determining the needs of your project before you begin the proposal process. Eliminating any roadblocks that may delay your project proposal process.

7. List potential funding sources for your project idea besides SGEF (i.e. rebates, grants, administration, etc.) *

8. What are the factors that will need to be considered for the Return on Investment (ROI) calculation? This basically a measure on how whether the profits/ benefits of the project will out weigh the overall project cost*

9. What factors will be considered for the GHG emissions calculation?*

10. Will you need to request for competitive bidding from vendors? (i.e. calling for quotations from vendors) *Applies to project budgets equal to or greater than $5,000* **

11. Is this a one time project that may require continued maintenance?*

12. Is there a need for a contingency plan in case the project fails? (i.e the risk assessment of your project idea) **
