ACI Special Inspector Exam Registration

Event Description:

The 3-hour written examination is open book and consists of approx. 80 multiple-choice questions. The one-hour plans reading examination consists of approx. 20 questions and is designed to test examinee’s ability to read & understand engineering drawings.

ACI Concrete Construction Special Inspector Exam Cost:

$935/per person - Tennessee Concrete Association Member

$1260/per person - Non-member Tennessee Concrete Association

$250 - Retest - (Written section or Plans Reading Section)

ACI Online Review Course

ACI now offers an online review course titled "On-Demand Course: Concrete Construction Special Inspector Certification Training" to assist in preparing for the ACI Special Inspector exam. This review is offered through ACI and is available at their website Linked Here.

IMPORTANT Note about ASTM Standards:

The text of ASTM standards is no longer included in ACI publications.
If you desire access to the actual ASTM standards as you prepare for your exam you may obtain the standards directly from ASTM international (www.astm.org). In some cases, your employer may already have access to ASTM standards through a company subscription.

Registration is secured when payment is received.

Textbooks and shipping are included in the cost of the exam & sent via UPS upon receipt of payment. Materials will be shipped to the company address unless otherwise indicated.

Substitutions allowed with prior permission from TCA office.
No Show - a student who does not attend exam day. No refund.
Change Exam Date or Cancellation - Notice sent to TCA office:
- prior to 3 weeks of the exam date - Fee $25.
- within 3 weeks of exam date- Fee $75.
