Our team is ready to serve you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Day or night, we’re dedicated to being there for you when you need us most.

Our regular business hours are from
7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday
We are excited to meet you!



Our regular rates are:
$129 per hour plus, a $75 trip charge.
Minimum charge of regular hours is $204.00 (includes diagnostic labor [max. 1 hrs] and trip charge). Subsequent hours will be charged at $129.00 per hour.

After-Hours rates:
Minimum charge for after-hours is $295.00
(Includes travel time and diagnostic. Excludes parts and labor). Subsequent hours will be charged at $195.00 per hour.

Upon Diagnose:
Once we diagnose the unit, and if the repair requires parts and/or labor hours, our technician will give you a verbal estimate for repairs at which point you can approve, and we’ll proceed with the repair. In the event of a rejection of the estimate, you will only be responsible for the minimum charge and any other agreed charges.

Payment:
Our technicians COLLECT PAYMENT UPON COMPLETION (unless a signed service agreement has been submitted) and they can accept cash, check, or credit card (a convenience payment fee of 3% of the total will be added to your invoice for credit card payments only). Please note: Any unpaid services will result in a 33% collections fee and legal action may be taken.
