✿ Please note that filling out the form does not guarantee a booking. You will receive confirmation from us once your design, details, and date are finalized, and we send you a quote and invoice. Your date will be secured after you accept our payment request within the due date on a first-paid, first-booked basis.!*

✿ Please only book with Snack Swag when you have a confirmed date and time. We cannot reserve "to be decided" slots. If you're unsure about your event or pickup date, please do not book. Additionally, if your desired date and time are unavailable, please do not book a different slot and change it at the last minute.*

✿ Please have your theme and design ready before requesting a quote. Each project is unique- even if a project looks similar, it can/ will be priced differently. Also, we cannot accept your order if we don’t know what you would like.*

✿ For cakes that require flower decorations, flowers are seasonal and each one is unique in appearance. Snack Swag will create a beautiful design based on available fresh flowers in the market, which may vary in types, shapes, colors, and sizes from your design reference. If specific requirements cannot be met, artificial silk flowers or dried flowers may be used to ensure the design matches the request as closely as possible. If you prefer only fresh flowers, we may use different types to match your color theme, or we will use white flowers to ensure a similar form and shape in the cake design.*

✿ To ensure smooth pickups for all customers, please arrive at your scheduled pickup time. Both early and late arrivals cause delays that impact other customers' experience. If you need to adjust your scheduled time, please email me well in advance. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated. Please note: Morning orders require timely arrival. If you are unable to arrive at the scheduled morning time, we recommend choosing a later appointment to ensure your order is prepared properly.

✿ There are no refunds for last-minute changes, and even if sufficient notice is given. If you cannot collect your order, change your mind, the event is canceled, forget the order, or book the wrong date, we cannot be held responsible. Once the cake is completed, the commission is considered finished, and no further work or refunds will be provided.*

This will set the mood and tone for the design too. You can see my Instagram story for more ideas about color palette or you can just say something like “I love whatever you make.” ☺️

This option is for sponge cake only (skip if you want to order cookie cake or other desserts.)
11. Design*
What style/ add ons/ extra toppings/ custom topper do you need? What do I need to know so I can create your dream cake/ desserts come true? (please describe as much as you can. I’ll make your order from what you describe here or you can just say “I want Meiji’s freestyle decoration and design”✨) For number/ letter/ shape cookie cake and sponge cake, please tell me here what numbers/ letters/ shape you want to order.
📌 NOTE: I don't write on the cake with my handwriting. If you need a wroting topper on the cake, please choose the add on options (custom cake charm, fondant letters, number topper, fondant imprint message, or laser-cut script) and add that to your order.

Vegan option is available for the Cookie Cake only. Gluten-free and dairy-free Sponge Cakes are NOT available for this moment.
14. Do you have reference pictures of the cake design that you like and you want to show me? Please share with me any inspo pictures you have found by uploading the pictures here (attach up to 3 images.)

I’m NOT be able to copy any other artists’ designs or replicate any of my own past designs. I can, however, use them for inspiration and I will definitely make sure the “concept” is the same.

The picture uploaded is just for a design reference for the baker to use as an inspiration. There will be no replica/copy of any other artists’ designs or even replica/copy from Snack Swag’s past cake designs. All cake is unique and no cakes is exactly the same.*

15. Would you like to pick-up your order or do you need a delivery service? Please select one.*

16. For delivery service, please give me the address for the fee estimation and also what time would you like it to be delivered.
Our delivery fees are simple: if you're within 5 miles of Mills 50, the delivery fee is a flat rate of $20. For deliveries beyond 5 miles, the fee is $3.50 per mile.
17. For pick-up, please choose available pick-up appointment DATE and TIME below (The pick-up address will be sending to you a day before your appointment. It’s located on Mills50 nearby downtown Orlando. Business hours are 11.00am-6.00pm and BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.) The earliest for pick-up is 11.00am. Please note: Morning orders require timely arrival. If you are unable to arrive at the scheduled morning time, we recommend choosing a later appointment to ensure your order is prepared properly.

Cash AppVenmo
We accept Venmo and Cash App as payment methods. To secure your date, please make the full payment immediately after placing your order. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received, and we cannot hold dates without payment. All orders are booked on a first-paid, first-booked basis, and payments are non-refundable.

Currently, we accept payments through Venmo and Cash App only, and payments must be made within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to expand our payment options in the future to better accommodate our customers. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
19. What is your Venmo @username/ Cash App $username for the payment?*
✿ If you choose to pay with Venmo, please DO NOT turn the button “Turn on for purchases.” I cannot accept the payment with this purchase protection service. The “turn on for purchases” allows Venmo to take my money from my account at anytime they want. However, if you still want to turn on the button “Turn on for purchases” when paying with Venmo, you agree that 3% extra fee will be collected*

Cake Photo Policy

As a one-person business, my priority is creating each cake with the utmost care and attention to detail. To ensure the highest quality and freshness, final decorations are often added shortly before pickup. Because of this, I do not send photos of cakes before collection.

Each cake I create is a unique, handcrafted design—just like a commissioned art piece. When you order from me, you are trusting my expertise and artistic vision to bring your cake to life. The final product is best appreciated in person, as photos may not always capture the full details due to lighting, angles, and other factors.

While I understand the excitement of seeing your cake beforehand, taking and sending individual photos for each order would significantly impact my workflow, as I manage multiple cakes, deliveries, and customer communications. My focus is always on ensuring that every cake is finished beautifully and on time for your special occasion.

Rest assured, you will see your completed cake at the time of collection, perfectly prepared for your event. I appreciate your trust in my work and your understanding of my process!
