If you are obligated to pay for a service (water, power, gas, trash) you must activate service to be turned on in your name, on or before the lease commencement day. PAYMENT OPTIONS EXPLAINED:

Starting on the 1st, we'll expect full payment of all rents; We make it easy to pay on time, from the conveience of your home. Below are the four payment options available to you.

1) Payment by ACH through your portal

2) Payment by Credit Card through your portal

3) Payment by Cash at our CASHPAY LOCATIONS

4) Payment by Money Order/Check at the office

There is no fee when you pay online, by ACH, in your portal, using your bank account (Checking or Savings).

There is a 3.2% charge when using a credit card.

There is a $4 fee to use our CashPay system, ask a representative to email you your unique CashPay Account Number. Find CashPay locations at https://paylease.com/cashpay/locations WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH AT ANY OFFICE LOCATION, only through CASHPAY.
