Custom Guitar Terms and Conditions

 

Build Time

All custom guitars have a 60-90 day build time. That includes everything from cutting, to finishing, and installing hardware and electronics. Once the guitar is complete, we will notify you when it is to be shipped or picked up in person.

Warranty

All custom guitars come with a 30 day warranty against parts and craftsmanship. If there is a defect in your guitar, or if it was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving, so we can make it right. Warranty does not include normal wear and tear, defects due to tempreture changes, atmospheric conditions, accidental damage, or buyer's remorse. Setups and maintenance are the responsibility of the purchaser. If the item shows signs of misuse, tampering, or damage the warranty is void.

Cancellation

Custom Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after payment for a full refund. Orders that are canceled after 24 hours may receive a 50% refund. No orders may be canceled after 7 days.
