Please use this form to submit a formal cookie order request. Fill it out with as much detail so that I am able to provide you with a more accurate quote.
*Quick note: This form does not book your order. Orders are not officially booked until I have sent an invoice and payment has been made. You will then have 48hrs to make a payment. If payment has not been received and buyer has not made any attempts at communication, the date will then be released to the next client in line.

I currently book out up to 6 months for custom orders. Events get rescheduled and my availability changes regularly so I encourage you to submit an order request as soon as you have the date of the event in mind.

Please note that ALL items are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to inspection where nuts, soy, dairy, gluten, shellfish and other allergens are present.
