Please secure the keys (suite key, mailbox, FOB, Garage FOB etc.) in an envelope labelled with your Name, unit and content of the envelope. Drop them in the mailbox at our office at 121, Jefferson Avenue, Toronto, ON, M6K 3E4. Share a picture of the envelope and the drop-off mailbox in an email to support@soulrooms.com. In this email also specify the email ID associated with your bank account to process the refund. Refund will be processed in 2-3 business days.
Leave at home on the table in the living room
Please secure the keys (suite key, mailbox, FOB, Garage FOB etc.) in an envelope labelled with your Name, unit and content of the envelope. Keep them on the table in the living room. Share a picture of the envelope and the place where they were left in the house in an email to support@soulrooms.com. In this email also specify the email ID associated with your bank account to process the refund. Refund will be processed in 4-5 business days.
