How do the dates and times work?

Please select your preferred dates and times when booking. We'll use these to plan our Elf routes and fit as many families in as possible.

We'll do our best to accommodate your preferences, but your allocated time may fall outside your chosen time window.

What happens next?

Once you've completed the form, you'll receive a booking confirmation email.

Around 3 days before your visit, we'll email you with your confirmed date and a rough arrival time.

The day before, we'll send you a text with a more accurate arrival time, and we'll keep you updated on the day so you know when to expect your Elves.

Then it's time for a little Christmas magic!

This form is to find out as much about the children the visit is for as possible, please tell us anything you would like the elves to know, they will mention things from the form in their visit and are happy to talk about any achievements or celebrations just pop it all on the form
