TERMS & CONDITIONS
Filling out this application does not guarantee a booth space at the Market. Waco Social will be curating a group of Vendors based on a decision from a committee and will notify you via email whether or not you've been accepted as a Vendor for this event.
● Setup/Teardown: All vendors must be set up and ready to sell by 6:00pm on Thursday, November 12. Preferred vendors may begin set up on Wednesday, November 11, from 9:00am-5:00pm. All other vendors may begin set up on Thursday, November 12 from 9:00am-6:00pm.
○ Teardown may begin no sooner than 6:00pm on Saturday November 14 and must be completed by 9:00pm.
○ You may restock your booths between 6:00pm-8:00pm on Friday night. Please be sure to have ALL vehicles removed from the parking lot by 8:30am on show days.
○ Booths will not be separated with pipe and drape. This will be up to each vendor.
● Parking: There will be NO long term parking available. Please be sure to arrange parking with your hotel of choice. All vehicles and trailers must be removed from the parking lot by 5:30pm on Thursday and by 8:30am on Friday.
● Hotels: Do not hesitate to book if interested. This may be a busy weekend for Waco. Be sure to book your Hotel/RV space fast.
○ The Indigo Hotel is right across the street from us, not even a 5 minute walk.
○ The Residence Inn is just a little further. Denitely walking distance. 5 minute walk.
○ The Hilton is another option. 8 minute walk. You will have to cross a main 4 lane road.
○ The Courtyard by Marriott is right past the Hilton, a 9-minute walk. You will have to cross a main 4-lane road.
● Vendor Responsibility: Vendors will be fully responsible for any loss or damage to his or her property by theft, fire, or casualty. However, we will have security on site overnight between the hours of 10:00pm-7:00am.
● Payment: Booth payments are due in full upon email receipt of invitation to be a Market Vendor. Checks are preferred. You may mail a check to Waco Social, 5211 Lake Shore Dr, Waco, TX 76710. Make all checks payable to Waco Social. Your booth is not reserved until we have received payments.
● Tables & Chairs: 2 chairs per booth may be given to all Vendors. 8’ rectangle tables are available upon request on a first come first served basis.
● Cancellation: Booths are non refundable. Waco Social is not liable if weather or other conditions prevent the Vendor from attending or fulfilling the contract. No refunds will be made for weather, accident, health or other causes for non participation.
