    Again, welcome to your new home. Please take a few minutes to complete the move-in inventory/condition checklist. This form protects the landlord and the tenant by documenting the items that are in the property (included in the lease) and those items condition upon tenant occupancy of the property. It also documents the condition of the following items: walls, ceilings, floors, carpets, windows, doors, bathrooms, vanities, plumbing fixtures, cabinets, appliances and any other items described within this document. Additionally, this form requires the tenant to acknowledge that they have knowledge of the EMERGENCY UTILITY SHUTOFF points to the property in the event this action becomes necessary. All items listed below were photographed by WPP at your lease commencement date.
