  • The following is an agreement between * and Chorus America to place advertising in one of more of the following three channels, submitted on   Pick a Date* (today's date).

    Choose from a variety of Chorus America advertising channels (print, website and email) in order to most effectively share your story with the choral field.

  • Print Advertising: The Voice Magazine

    The Voice is Chorus America's award-winning publication distributed to over 4,000 engaged readers three times each year in both print and digital editions. *Members, use the special 3X rates for an additional 5% print discount when reserving and pre-paying for 3 issues at once.

  • Print Timeline

    • Fall/Winter Issue: Reserve by October 15, Art by October 20, Distributed late November
    • Spring Issue: Reserve by mid-March, Art due early April, Distributed early May
    • Summer Conference Issue: Reserve early May, Art due late May, Distributed late June

  • Website Advertising

    The Chorus America website (chorusamerica.org) offers a variety of places to display your click-thru logo or graphic ad, as well as a mutually crafted, multi-channel Sponsored Story option that includes your story in the "featured content" space on the home page, a listing in the online article library, and a post each in the "Good Reads" section of an Update E-Newsletter, Facebook and Twitter.

  • E-Newsletter and Email Advertising

    Update, Chorus America's E-Newsletter (featuring graphic banner or written sponsored content advertising opportunities) reaches over 4,000 readers on a bi-weekly or weekly basis while Sponsored HTML Emails (only available to members) allow you to tell your story in your own way to our engaged audience.

    Advertising Agreement

    Chorus America staff will review the following for availability and accuracy. All submissions are *Agreements in Review* until Chorus America staff issues a *Confirmed Agreement* via email.

  • Discounts

    • Pick 2 Multi-Platform Discount: Any Two Channels (Print, Email or Website) = 10% off Grand Total
    • Pick 3 Multi-Platform Discount: Any Three Channels = 15% off Grand Total

    *Sponsored Emails and Sponsored Stories are not eligible for package discount pricing, however, they may be included in a package to grant discount pricing to the other channels in the package.  Chorus America will review and update pricing in Confirmed Agreement to reflect.

  • Agreement Policies - Please read and sign below

    Reservation Policy: By signing and returning this Advertising Agreement, you agree to provide Chorus America with artwork and any other necessary materials in the correct specifications by the specified deadline for each platform. In the event of materials submitted late, Chorus America will act in good faith to attempt to accommodate these reservations but cannot guarantee placement in all cases, and your reservation may be subject to our cancellation policy. Reservation deadlines and adjustments thereof are at the discretion of Chorus America staff.

    Cancellation Policy: Advertisers may cancel reservations without penalty before the reservation deadline outlined for each channel and issue. Cancellations made after the reservation deadline will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. Advertisers who pull out of a multi-issue or multi-platform reservation before fulfillment will be charged the administrative fee and responsible for paying the difference of any discounts offered at time of reservation. 

    Late Payment Policy: Payment for each insertion will be due within 30 days of receipt of invoice. Late payments will incur a $25 late fee.
