Once we look over and approve your home we will contact you on how to reserve your new family member! Remember: there are no right or wrong answers. All of our puppies/retired adults are strictly companion and are not to be bred/used for breeding under any circumstance. Unless otherwise discussed. Do you agree that you will not breed your puppy/adult at any time for any reason?*
Additionally, are you willing to sign and agree to a Spay/Neuter Contract and have your puppy altered before 1 year of age? (This is for your puppy's health and longevity of life.)*

What's Next?
Completing this questionnaire is the first step in the process of acquiring a puppy from Sunshines mini puppies, but it does not guarantee you'll get a puppy from this or any future litter. While it's unlikely, the breeder reserves the right to refuse any placement at any time.

If this questionnaire is approved, you'll be contacted to make a $300 deposit on a puppy when puppies are available. Please make this deposit within 48 hours of the approval e-mail or text. Before you send your deposit we can FaceTime. If you make a deposit, you are committing to taking a puppy from the litter and understand that the deposit is nonrefundable, but is transferable to other puppies and litters. Should you elect to not take a puppy from the litter, the deposit is forfeited.

Puppies will be picked by their new families when the puppies are approximately four (4) weeks of age. Puppies will go to their new homes after they have turned eight (8) weeks of age. We cannot hold puppies for extended times; it is critical for their social development that the litter departs within a reasonable timeframe. If you are not able to pick up your puppy within this timeframe please contact us prior to making a deposit. Total payment on your puppy MUST be received by six weeks of age. Puppies will not leave our care until full payment has been made and processed.

We have a Purchase Contract and a Spay/Neuter Agreement. We will not let a puppy leave our care without these signed contracts. We require all of our puppies to be spayed/neutered by 1 year of age. Unless otherwise discussed.
