Completing this form is the first step in the process in your application process for a puppy from The Doodle Grove, but it does not guarantee you'll get a puppy from this or any future litter. While it's unlikely, The Doodle grove reserves the right to refuse any placement at any time.
If this form is approved, you'll be contacted after submission and after the birth of the puppies to make a non-refundable/transferable $250 deposit. If you make a deposit, you are committing to taking the pick assigned and understand that the deposit is non-refundable/tranferable. Should you elect to not take a puppy from the litter, the deposit fee is forfeit or transfered up to 2 litter of equal value.
Puppies will be picked by their new families when the puppies are approximately four (4) weeks of age or in order of PICK. Puppies will go to their new homes after they have turned eight (8) weeks of age and are vet cleared and thriving. We cannot hold puppies for extended times; it is critical for their social development that the litter departs within a reasonable timeframe. If you are not able to pick up your puppy within this timeframe please contact us prior to making a deposit. Total payment on your puppy MUST be received at time of pick up. Final payment must be in cash, or Zelle. We also accept good dog payments. We have a Purchase Contract. We will not let a puppy leave our care without these signed contracts. I always send a draft after all puppies have been picked.
