  • UPPER TIER: Required if you are transporting waste from other businesses and households or if you're transporting Building Construction or Demolition waste you have generated. 

    LOWER TIER: Required if you are transporting waste you have generated as a business.The following waste types are examples of waste you CAN NOT transport with a lower tier licence. Construction and building waste. Plumbing waste like boilers, radiators, old bathroom tubs sinks, Rubble, Concrete, Soil, Decking, Garden Sheds, Fencing, windows, doors and roofing materials.  If you transport these waste types you'll require an upper tier waste carrier licence.
