Terms and Conditions* This field is required.Without expectation of compensation or other remuneration, now or in the future, I hereby give my consent to ONEORCHESTRA, its affiliates and agents, to use my image and likeness and/or any interview statements from me in its publications, advertising or other media activities (including the Internet) for the following project(s): • OneOrchestra - Remote Audio/Video Recording Sessions (Isolation projects) • OneOrchestra Live Sessions • OneOrchestra Live Events This consent includes, but is not limited to: a) Permission to interview, film, photograph, tape, or otherwise make a video reproduction of me and/or my audio recordings; b) Permission to use my name; and c) Permission to use videos, photographs, tape(s) or reproduction(s) of me, and/or recordings, in part or in whole, in its publications, in newspapers, magazines and other print media, on television, radio and electronic media (including the Internet), in theatrical media and/or in mailings for educational and awareness. SCOPE OF PERMISSION This consent strictly applies only to media captured, filmed, or recorded by OneOrchestra Group or its affiliates during official OneOrchestra events or projects, including the use of names. It does not grant permission for the use of any personal media outside of these contexts. CONFIDENTIALITY Musicians agree that they shall not disclose and shall keep confidential all information disclosed to them in connection with the projects including, without limitation, sharing music, scores and titles on social media, prior the release date.

Social Media ConductSOCIAL MEDIA CONDUCT Musicians must not: a) Post comments on social networking sites, which could be regarded as bullying, harassment or discrimination against the organisation, other performers, clients or collaborators. b) Post comments containing hurtful or discriminatory content which are linked to the workplace and which can create legal liability for our organisation or client.
