ASTM E 1527-13 User Questionnaire
In order to qualify for the protection offered under the EPA All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) Standard, the User, or entities seeking to use the ASTM E1527-13 Practice to complete an environmental site assessment of the property; i.e. Lenders and/or Borrowers, must provide the following information (if available) to the environmental professional. Failure to provide this information could result in a determination that AAI is not complete. This information should be the collective knowledge of the entities relying on the Phase I Report.
