To arrange collection of your product, please complete this online form. We will arrange collection of your product within 2-3 working days after receipt of this completed form. You will receive an email including collection details and collection references once we have booked collection with our couriers. Please note we cannot arrange specific collection times, this is an all-day collection service.

Reason for Return?*
IMPORTANT: All oil and fuel must be completely drained from the product prior to collection (if applicable). This is for health and safety reasons so our couriers can safely transport the product.

IMPORTANT: You will need to ensure that the goods are suitably boxed and securely packaged for transit. NOTE: If boxed goods are returned on a pallet (without authorisation) you may be liable for a palletised collection surcharge.

EXCEPTION: Products which were delivered on a pallet will also be collected on a pallet. We will facilitate the collection but you will need to supply the pallet and secure the goods.
