Service level agreement for renting a home

Our commitments

• To do our utmost to find you a property and complete the rental process within a reasonable amount of time.
• To fully understand all your needs and preferences.
• To guide you through the entire renting process.
• To be available to answer all your questions throughout the process at reasonable hours.
• To find you properties which most closely meets your needs and preferences on all relevant websites, social media platforms, and through other realtors.
• To provide all available information about relevant properties. To physically check any relevant properties to ensure that they meet your stated needs.
• To keep you updated on the progress of finding you a property as frequently as you desire.
• To be open with you about all costs.
• To be open with you about any fiduciary relationships we have that may affect you.
• To manage all negotiations on your behalf in good faith.
• To maintain client confidentiality throughout the process.
• The renting process should take between one week and four months.

Your commitments

• To be honest with us about your needs and preferences.
• To be open with us about any searching that you do on your own.
• To pay our service fee based on the chosen package, as detailed below, upon signing a rental contract.
• If after four (4) months of signing this agreement we have offered you a reasonable amount of available options, based on market conditions, and you did not make a decision to rent any of them we will charge you 2,000 shekel plus VAT for the time we invested in your process.
• If within four (4) months of signing this agreement you notify Trusted House that you are no longer interested in our services, we will charge you 500 shekel plus VAT for each month that we were seeking properties on your behalf

Service Packages 

Basic

• This includes all of the commitments listed above.
• Price: One month's rent plus VAT, with a minimum charge of 7,500 +VAT.

Premium

• Everything included in the Basic package.
• Transferring all the bills and utilities for the property into your name (municipal tax(arnona), electricity, water, and gas).
• Ordering WiFi/cable to the property.
• Being present for the installation of WiFi/cable if needed.
• Price: One month's rent + 900 shekels plus VAT

Platinum

• Everything listed in Premium.
• Guarantor Service (detailed separately).
• Helping you set up an Israeli bank account.
• Price: One month's rent + 2300 shekels plus VAT

 

Any additional coordinating or furnishings will be charged hourly:

275 shekels + VAT for the service, driving time for errands is 120 + VAT
