Service level agreement for selling a property
Our commitments
- To do our utmost to sell your property in a reasonable amount of time at a fair price.
- To fully understand your goals in terms of price and timing.
- To guide you through the entire selling process.
- To not charge the buyer a real estate fee unless they were an existing client of ours.
- To be open with you about all costs.
- To be available to answer all your questions throughout the process at reasonable hours.
- To advertise your property through all of the relevant channels including local real estate agents.
- To keep you updated on the progress of the sale as frequently as you desire.
- To be open with you about any fiduciary relationships we have that may affect you.
- To manage all negotiations on your behalf in good faith.
- To maintain client confidentiality throughout the process.
- The selling process should take between a month and a year.
Your commitments
- To be honest with us about all details relating to the property and your motivation to sell.
- To be open with us about any attempts at selling on your own.
- To not engage directly with any other real estate agents. Any realtor can show the property through us.
- To pay 2% + VAT of the purchase price upon signing a purchasing contract.
- If after twelve (12) months of signing this agreement we have brought you reasonable offers based on the market prices but you refused to accept any of the offers we will charge you 20,000 shekels plus VAT to compensate for the time and resources we invested in the sale.
