To maximize the chances for a successful project, all TEAMER applicants are required to have a substantive conversation with staff at their desired facility/facilities (in some cases “facility” refers to a team of specialists providing modeling expertise or other capabilities) prior to applying for support. These conversations should include discussion of timing and capacity constraints, hardware and software requirements, safety and liability concerns, intellectual property terms, and any other topics critical to the ultimate success of collaboration between the applicant and facility on the proposed activities. Upon receiving this application, the TEAMER Network Director will request a letter of response to confirm that these conversations have occurred, and the proposed project is achievable within the facility capabilities and program constraints. Please do not submit your application without discussing your needs with your preferred facilities. During application review, the Network Director will only be reaching out to the facility contact listed on the website for a Letter of Response. Below, please list the primary contact you have consulted with for each preferred facility.
Proposals that are selected to move forward will be required to complete a detailed testing plan in cooperation with their paired facility prior to award.
Note: The list of qualified TEAMER facilities may change with each RFTS based on newly added facilities and others that may be unavailable for various reasons. See the TEAMER Facility Network page for details on individual facilities.
