Once the completed form is returned to the Office of the Mayor your request for a meeting will be placed before the Mayor for his consideration.
Should the Mayor agree to the meeting you will receive an email with a date and time.
All meetings with the Mayor are for 30 minutes.
Please note that meetings with the Mayor cannot be recorded unless prior permission is obtained
Depending on the subject the Mayor may refer your request for a meeting to the appropriate Group Manager or Manager. Should this be the case you will be informed of this and will be contacted direct by the staff member or their Executive Assistant.
