    • How It Works

      • Your monthly membership price will be automatically drafted from you debit or credit card each month, entitling you to the number of “45 Minute Sessions” of Sports, Injury & Rehabilitation therapy with Mark & Shaun each month, as per the membership that you chose, on or after your scheduled payment date.
      • Members who purchase a Paid In Full Membership have access to all of their membership sessions immediately upon payment in full. These membership sessions can be used anytime as long as the membership is current and active.
      • Your direct debit will be listed as ‘GoCardless’ on your bank statement. 
      • You may upgrade to additional sessions at additional charge.
      • If you do not use your session for that month, it will simply roll-over into next month for a maximum of 3 months
      • The membership monthly fee is specified on the application above. As long as your membership monthly payment is made you will be considered an active member in good standing.
      • All Memberships are auto-renewable. At the end of the initial term of membership, your  dues will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.  We will give you advance notice that renewal is due.
      • If through no fault of ours, your payment account does not contain sufficient funds to complete the transaction, or your payment account or credit card does not otherwise permit the transaction to be executed, you will be charged a £10 insufficient funds fee. We will contact you to update your account with a working payment method.
    • Membership Terms & Conditions

    • This membership and services purchased under this membership are non-transferable to any other person or entity. 

       

      For purposes of identification and billing, you agree to provide us with current, accurate, complete and updated information including your name, address, telephone number and applicable payment data. You agree to notify us promptly of any changes.

       

      We reserve the right to revoke membership at any time for misconduct on our premises. You will be responsible for payment in full upon revocation of membership.

       

      We reserve the right to change pricing at any time upon reasonable notice. Should prices increase, you have the right to cancel membership without penalty during initial period following cancellation guidelines as described below.

      Therapy Station reserves the right to change clinic rules & regulations at any time  upon providing reasonable notice.

      You agree to follow clinic rules and regulations. We have the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason.

      You have the right to receive a notice in the event that we make any change to the terms and conditions of your membership that will vary the amount to be periodically billed to your account specified above. Except as expressly provided herein, we may modify our services or the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time without notice and such modifications shall be deemed effective immediately upon making such changes.

       

      CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

       
      You may cancel your appointment without charge if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. Cancellations without 24 hour notice may result in a £40.00 charge for your session, as that time has been set aside specifically for you. No shows may result in a full charge for that session.

       

       CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP DURING INITIAL TERM:

       
      You may cancel this agreement during the initial term of your membership upon the following conditions: Your death or permanent physical disability, or if you move out more than an hour away. Written notice must be given at least 30 days in advance to avoid additional charges to your account.

       

      Contracted membership services will be forfeited at time of cancellation effective date.

       
      CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP DURING AUTO RENEW TERM:

       
      After the initial 12 month term, you may cancel at any time. All cancellations require 30 days written notice or email and are effective within 10 business days after the 30 day notice period. Payments due prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled.

       

      Pre-paid membership services have no cash value, are non-transferable, and services expire 12 months from date of purchase according to agreed terms. We reserve the right to terminate or deny re-enrollment for an indeterminate amount of time if you have an unsatisfactory payment history.

       

      If through no fault of ours, your payment account does not contain sufficient funds to complete the transaction, or your payment account or credit card does not otherwise permit the transaction to be executed, you will be charged a £40 insufficient funds fee. We will contact you to update your account with a working payment method.

       
      Our Clinic Policies

       
      The massage therapist does not diagnose illness, disease, or any other physical or mental disorders. As such, the massage therapist does not prescribe medical treatment or pharmaceuticals, nor do they perform spinal manipulations. Massage is not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnoses and it is recommended that I see a physician for any physical ailments that I may have.

       

      None of the information provided is intended to act as a substitute for medical advice, nor does it involve the diagnosis, prognosis, or prescription of remedies for the treatment or prevention of any disease or ailment.

       

      I acknowledge that there are no guaranteed outcomes and that I take responsibility for requesting this treatment.

      It is the responsibility of the client to keep the clinic informed of any current medical conditions or  any changes in health and provide written permission (if under care) from a physician to the clinic before each session.

      If any pain or discomfort is experienced during the session, the client will immediately communicate with the therapist so the treatment can be adjusted.

       

      Sickness--both the therapists and client are vulnerable to infections. Therefore, clients and the therapist are asked to reschedule appointments when they are feeling unwell.

       

      Payment is due in full at the time of service - membership fees up to date.

       

      24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment, except in cases of illness, emergency, or inclement weather. Cancellations without 24 hour notice may result in a charge for your session, as that time has been set aside specifically for you.

       

      Please arrive on time for your appointment. Time for your appointment has been arranged for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Full payment for your scheduled session will be expected.

       

      Inappropriate behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated and the session will be terminated immediately. 

       

      Combined Package, Promotion, & Discount Policies

       

      In general, packages and gift specials are already discounted and may not be combined with other discounts, packages, promotions, or other special offers. Should other current promotional discounts or offers turn out to be a better deal, we happily do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
