Carry-Over Course Application

This application should only be used for courses which: 1) were approved for IHS CE Credit in 2023, and 2) are unchanged from the 2023 content. All courses submitted to IHS for approval must adhere to the IHS Course Application Requirements and Guidelines. All applications should be submitted no later than 30 days before the first offering of the course. If a course is submitted within 10 days of the course's start date, a rush fee will apply. IHS reserves the right to reject any course application in which the content does not adhere to applicable laws and regulations, risks harm to participants and/or instructors, or contradicts generally accepted clinical practices. IHS reserves the right to require a complete (rather than carry-over) application for any course at any time.
Please note: IHS processes all requests within two weeks and often sooner. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder for emails from IHS. For best results, add "ihsinfo.org" to your email provider's "whitelist."

IHS awards one (1) continuing education credit for every sixty (60) minutes of instruction. Thirty (30) minutes are equivalent to 0.5 credits. (e.g. 60 minutes = 1 credit, 90 minutes = 1.5 credits)
