Resili Report for Mental Strength
This is a 3 minute survey to help us create your custom Resili Report for measuring and improving your mental strength! Mental strength is something we all have, that we can measure, and take conscious steps to improve in our day-to-day choices. Just like our physical strength improves when we commit to regular exercise, and declines when we go into couch potato mode, our mental strength also requires regular and deliberate support. In your Resili Report, you'll get your mental strength score and breakdown, explanations of each part of mental strength, and three mental strength building activities that you can start tomorrow!

Why do we need your name and email?
The only time we use your name and email is to send you your custom Resili Report. The first page will have your name on it, and we will send the report to you via email. Your individual responses and identity will not be shared with anyone (including your employer) at any time. Once everyone from your organization has submitted their response, we compile all of the data together, erase all names and emails, and then create a report for your employer on the average scores across the organization and our recommendations for how they can support mental health in the workplace. Don't fret, privacy is one of our top concerns, which is why we hold our team and operations to healthcare privacy and security standards (PHIPA), and the only people who will ever see your individual scores are those on the small team of Resili employees compiling your Resili Report for you.
