    This Policy requires 3 signatures before submitting
  • Class Policy

    • Facility is to ONLY be used during class times or training sessions
    • ALL attendees must sign a liability waiver and consent prior to participation in classes or training sessions
    • No Profanity, discrimination, harassment, being loud, at any time to Trainers or other class attendees
    • Proper athletic attire must be worn at all times during classes and training sessions.
    • You can schedule your spot for classes online or email. Please make this a habit to assure yourself a spot in class
    • Clean all equipment after each use
    • Prices and schedule are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to inform you of such changes
    • Single class purchases must be used 30 days from purchase. All package purchases, class or training sessions, are non-transferable. Special exceptions may be made for immediate family members. Package purchases must be used within 150 days of purchase
    • We ask that you enter the class area with clean shoes. If you need to change before entering, please do so.
  • Safety and Weather Policy

    • If you hear the sound of a fire alarm or see smoke please follow the signs to the nearest exit and evacuate the building immediately.

    • Fire extinguisher is located in the office or supply area
      In case there is a Tornado, please follow signs to the designated area for shelter

    • First Aid kit is located in the bathroom

    • At anytime there is a serious injury or illness, call 9-1-1 Immediately

    • If there is a Level 2 snow day in Fulton County, there will be no classes until it is lifted

    • If we feel the weather is to hazardous we may make the call to cancel classes or training sessions

    • Check on Facebook and/or Apps to stay up to date on weather related closures

    • Please let us know if you will not be attending due to weather. If you do not feel safe to drive do not attend class

  • Illness and Covid-19 Policy

    • Please take daily temperature before attending classes or training sessions. We ask that if it is at or above 100.3, Do not attend class. 
    • Wear Face coverings when entering and exiting the building
    • You do not need to wear a facemask while participating in class at a 6ft distance, but you are welcome to wear one with less intensity.
    • At any time a class attendee or training member incurs an injury or becomes dizzy/ill while using the facility, contact a trainer immediately.
    • First aid kit is located in the bathroom. 
    • Please disinfect hands as soon as you enter the facility and while at the facility when needed
    • Wash your hands for 20 seconds or with a 60% alcohol-based rub, to kill any viruses on your hands. Hand dryers alone are not effective at killing COVID-19. 
    • Avoid touching your face. Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands, as any virus on hands from a touched surface can enter the body through the eyes, nose or mouth, according to current information.
    • Maintain social distance. Keep a distance of at least 3 feet between you and apparently healthy persons and stay 6 feet away if a person is coughing or sneezing (WHO 2020).
    • Limit contact. Avoid close contact with people who are sick. If you’re sick with respiratory symptoms like a fever, runny nose and/or cough, stay home. Seek medical advice if your condition worsens with a high fever and/or difficulty breathing.
    • Cough into an elbow or a tissue. Cover coughs with a tissue or cough into an elbow. Dispose of tissues immediately in a covered bin and wash hands with warm, soapy water. Wash clothing into which you cough. It is unknown how long the virus can live on hard and soft surfaces. According to the WHO, coronaviruses may survive on surfaces for a few hours or up to several days. The best way to ensure that surfaces you touch are germ-free is to clean them with a disinfectant.
    • The facility is cleaned in high traffic areas several times a day
    • Please no gathering to socialize in the facility. We ask that you talk outside while maintaining a 6 foot distance.
    • Disinfect all equipment and chairs touched after classes
    • We follow the Covid-19 guidelines put forth by the CDC, Ohio Governor, and Fulton County Health Department
