A little about my journey
My fitness journey started years ago. I started taking fitness seriously in 2015 after a depressing break up. Worked out off and on for years and tried a number of different diets and healthy lifestyles (vegetarian, keto etc.) that were great but didn't work for me long term.
Flash forward to late 2019/ early 2020 I started realizing I fell way off, gained the most weight I ever had and was extremely uncomfortable. I told myself it was time to get back on track. Spent the first few months trying to outwork a bad diet. I was getting stronger but not dropping pounds. I had enough and decided to go back to Herbalife which I tried way before I ever took my health seriously.
A year and a half later I've dropped 20 pounds and 7 inches visceral fat; still chasing results and helping others do the same.
