The DEI committee is asking you to share your feedback, comments, and experiences with the Mental Health & Addiction Association of Oregon's programs as it relates to diversity, equity, and inclusion. MHAAO strives to encompass equitable practices in all its services and in alignment with MHAAO's equity statement (https://www.mhaoforegon.org/dei-initiative). MHAAO's programs include EVOLVE Peer Delivered Services, Pathway Home, the Oregon Peer Training & Innovation Center (OPTIC), Peer Support for Peer Support Specialist (PS4PSS), and our national conference, Peerpocalypse.
Your comments will be sent to Sunny Briscoe, Chief of Staff & Lead of MHAAO's Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Initiative, and Aniel Yates, MHAAO's HR Manager to ensure that what is included should or should not be considered an HR Issue.
If you would like your feedback to be anonymous, please do not provide any identifying information. However, we encourage you to provide your name if you feel comfortable so that an MHAAO staff member can follow up with you as needed. Please be aware that if any person is named in feedback that relates to sexual misconduct or discrimination based on a protected class, the information will be reported in compliance with mandatory reporting.
