Equipment rentals are free for members; however, LMC Media members who would like their content to air on our channels should have a valid and up-to-date Producer's Agreement on file before requesting equipement.

If you are not an LMC Media member, day rates will apply. If you have any questions, please ask them in the appropriate section at the end of this form.

Sending a request, does not guarantee equipment availability. Once submitted, your membership status will be confirmed and a staff member will confirm availability of equipment and dates. Confirmation will then be sent to you upon reservation completion.

LMC Media serves as a video, television and film production rental house in Westchester County. One advantage to renting with LMC Media is that you do not need production insurance, which can be a financial burden on producers. However, any commercial production assumes ALL liability for the equipment that is being rented.*
