Simply Transactions, LLC provides various services to real estate agents in connection with the marketing and closing of residential real estate transactions.

I understand that I am obligated to provide Simply Transactions, LLC with all information requested in a timely and organized manner.I understand that I will provide ALL required documents to the TC in a timely manner. If the documents are not provided, the agent MUST notify the TC as to when they will receive the missing documents.I hereby acknowledge that the following services are NOT included as part of a transaction file with Simply Transactions, LLC: 1) Negotiate repairs 2) Negotiate offers 3) Contact/Schedule vendors for repair quotes 4) Maintain MLS status after a listing goes "Active".I hereby acknowledge that the required MLS information is to be provided to Simply Transactions, LLC in a timely manner: 1) MLS Input sheet 2) Access to photos 3) Access to measurements and any other information for it to be MLS compliant that is requested by the TC.I hereby acknowledge that MLS input will be charged at the time services are rendered.I hereby acknowledge that additional services outside of the standard "contract to close" tasks will be charged $60/hour with a minimum charge of $60.Agent to handle all termination communication and submission of termination forms.
1. The TC will own much of the process from contract to post-close.

2. The agent will own the following:
- The licensed agent will fight for their clients (negotiate) and draft the win (draft all documents/contracts)
- Sense of urgency outside of business hours:
1. The TC will be available Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM.

2. All calls, emails or texts received outside of those hours will be replied to and/or handled the following business day.

3. The agent reserves the right to handle any of the agreed-upon TC activities if they determine that it will need to be done prior to the following business day.
