COVID / SICK POLICY
This has been a challenge and we are doing our best to accommodate legitimate illness. Should you begin to feel sick, even if you aren't certain and you are outside our 48 hour cancellation policy, we would REALLY appreciate the courtesy of providing sufficient notice so we can attempt to get someone else in the 1.5 hour that was set aside for you. Please do not cancel last minute. Dr. Russell's time is very valuable, especially now with the number of people trying to get in. It is a huge disruption to the practice if we can't keep the schedule booked during his office hours. Also, if we are given sufficient notice, we will do our very best to work you in sooner than later, moving you up on the schedule instead of putting you at the next available which is generally 3-4 months out.
Should you be outside the 48 hour cancellation policy due to COVID exposure -- no test, no symptoms -- we reserve the right to make a decision about your appointment. We will very likely still have you come in. If we choose to cancel your appointments with the doctor, we will get you rescheduled doing our very best to work you soon by moving you up on the schedule instead of putting you at the next available which is generally 3-4 months out.
A NO SHOW will result in forfeiting your deposit.
Thank you for understanding our policies.
