Turnaround is on average 5 business days.
We do not accept returns or repairs without prior authorization.
Parts are charged seperatly at cost.
Repair estimates are provided prior to any work performed.
Shipping is not included in the repair estimate.
In case your product cannot be repaired we may offer you the same product as replacement at discounted rate.
