    This section is about what you would like included in your stationery set. If you are purchasing a Package, please indicate below the items included in the package. While you can always add/change things later, it is a good idea to pre-plan what you would like included to save time later.

  • Wording and Quantities

    Please enter the text you would like us to use for your invitation. If you are unsure of the exact wording, please mention that you are open for advice/direction and I will help with that!


  • Envelope Addressing

    Printed, Hand Calligraphy or Labels

  • Additional Pieces & Day-Of-Event Stationery will be descussed in future communication.  Please feel free to add any comments about anything you like above.

    Turn Around/Agreement:

    Once this form is completed, Beyond the Fold will be in touch to confirm a quote and for any uncertain details to be discussed.  A deposit of 25% will be requried at the start of the process.

    The following timeline is provided to list the steps of the design process:

    Please Allow up to 3-4 weeks from date of Deposit Payment to recieve the first proof of your design.  Please note, this may vary depending on the complexity of the design.  If no illustration is requred, please allow up to 1-2 weeks.

    Please let let Beyond the Fold know if you require a set by a an earlier date than expected and Beyond the Fold will make note of this.

    For All Paper Invitation Sets

    Allow a 15 to 25 day turnaround once you approve your proof to complete your project (unless otherwise notified).

    Liability

    It is the Clients responsibilty to ensure all errors are corrected prior to printing and that all approved paper stock, print types & colours are understood and confirmed. Once a design is approved, and then printed Beyond the Fold is not responsible for correcting any errors. Please check your final design carefully!  Any errors made on Beyond the Fold part (ie. order errors, Design set-up errors etc) - Beyond the Fold will rectify the issue in a timely manner and/or provide a partial refund/compensation to the value of the total order.

    Copyright Law

    The copyright of all Designs & Illustration remains with the Beyond the Fold. The design & all illustrations are for personal use by the Clients and their friends and relatives. Sale, Publication or any Commercial use of the work is not allowed without prior written permission from Beyond the Fold.

    Unauthourised Reproduction

    Client agrees not to reproduce or modify the work provided by the Beyond the Fold. 

    Deposit/Cancellation

    In the event of the Clients cancelling the Order for whatever reason the Deposit is non-refundable. 

     

    *Allow about a 4 to 6 month turnaround to complete your order in total. 

    ***In the event that any paper or ink stock is on backorder and out of the control of Beyond the Fold, the client will be notified of additional time needed and/or given another option in order to complete the order.
