Expression of Interest for Renew Fitzroy Street

Renew Fitzroy Street is a Renew Australia Initiative funded by the City of Port Phillip and the Fitzroy Street Business Association. This one year pilot project aims to transform empty spaces into vibrant places on Fitzroy Street, St Kilda. If you create or make your own wares or IP, run a creative based community group, social enterprise or NFP and are seeking low cost or rent free space you may qualify for this exciting activation project. Through the occupation of otherwise vacant space, this project seeks to support local traders by filling empty shops, driving foot traffic around the area with a view to demonstrate new uses and businesses that will embrace this iconic street and community.
