MODEL RELEASE

I irrevocably authorize, ELENA GRACE PHOTOGRAPHS, ELIZABETH ELENA EDWARDS, employees, heirs and assignees, to use images of me, my family or my property and authorize use and publishing rights of images, photographs pictures or portraits taken. These images may be used in any media and may include composite images, digitally manipulatedrepresentations for the purpose of publicity, illustration, commercial work, advertising, sale, publishing or any products or services by ELENA GRACE PHOTOGRAPHS and/or ELIZABETH ELENA EDWARDS, such as, but not limited to, sports banners, testimonials, social media. I waive my rights to review and approve the use of these images. ELENA GRACE PHOTOGRAPHS, ELIZABETH ELENA EDWARDS, and employees retain all copyright ownership of all images created as a result of this contract and images may not be reproducedor duplicated for any reason without our express written permission. This includes digital scanning, posting on websites such as Facebook or other social media or anyother reproduction without permission.
