Land Use Application Intakes

This page is for the submittal for new land use applications and revisions to land use applications:

- Preliminary Short Subdivision	- Shoreline Permits

For Pre-Application Conference Requests, Pre-Development Services, Shoreline Exemptions, Temporary Use Permits, Wireless Communications Facilities, and all other permits, please submit at www.mybuildingpermit.com. If submitted here, these applications will be rejected.

The City will screen the application submittal request within five working days. If screening is successful, payment will be required for the application to be deemed formally accepted.
