I understand that ResQpaws Volunteer Organization makes no warranty in regard to the animal’s ownership, condition, disposition, past behavior, or health and that ResQpaws Volunteer Organization can only give such information as is available to them. ResQpaws Volunteer Organization does not warr an ty the healt h of any animal and is not responsible for any veterinary expenses associative with trea tment of any condition, illness or injury the animal may have or contract. I agree that ResQpaws Volunteer Organization and all its affiliates, members and representatives shall not be liable, answerable or accountable in any manner for any injury or illness to any person, pet or any veterinary care or bills incurred relative to such injury or illness. I agree to indemnify, defend and hold ResQpaws Volunteer Organization and all of its volunteers harmless against any suit, claims or actions brought by any person or persons from or on account of any bodily injuries, diseases, illness or damages caused by said animal. I am responsible for any and all expenses, including court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees for enforcing the terms of this contract provided I fail to uphold it.

May we have your permission to use your adoption photo and name publicly? These photos can be used for publicity purposes on our Facebook page in our Happy Tails album, brochures and/or public displays.

Upon adoption, the pet becomes the sole property of the adopter, There will be no monetary refund seven (7) days after adoption. I agree that if I am approved for adoption and at ANY point cannot keep the animal I adopted, I will contact ResQpaws BEFORE taking the animal to a shelter or re-homing the pet so that ResQpaws has first option to take the animal back.
