The initiative seeks to partner sophomores majoring in Social Science with faculty research mentors in the College’s Schools/Departments.

$2000 paid in spring semester 2021.

Proposals are due on Sunday, November 15, 2020.

1. STUDENT STATEMENT - Students must submit a statement of up to one single-spaced page detailing why they wish to undertake a mentored research assignment with a faculty member in the College of Social Science and describing their qualifications for this opportunity. *
2. PROJECT DESCRIPTION - From a potential faculty mentor, student applicants must obtain a short description of the proposed project that a faculty member is engaged and would benefit from student involvement in. In up to two single-spaced pages (see Information Sheet for Guidelines). *
